Throughout Justin’s career all he’s wanted to do is help people — people like you. His mission at The Shooter Ready Project is to take his training and experience coupled with national standards and best practices and deliver a world-class training program that’s all about teaching you how to save your own life so that, in turn, you can save others.

Justin is a 23-year law enforcement veteran with 12 years of experience in patrol, 10 years on SWAT, and over 8 years investigating violent crime. Now serving for the past several years on a federal counterterrorism task force, he brings expertise in tactical operations, criminal investigations, and national security. His dedication and diverse experience makes him a trusted leader in public safety.

He understands the culture and dynamics of churches and nonprofits because he grew up in church, attended private Christian school, and has long been part of those communities. He does not use profanity and ensures all instruction and materials are appropriate for church, school, and nonprofit environments.
