1. What services does The Shooter Ready Project offer?

Active Shooter Response Training, a free 2-hour live event covering mass murderer profiles, warning signs, psychological / physiological stress response, active shooter response, police expectations, and aftermath, intended for ages 12 and up.

Security Team Training with three one-day levels:

  • Basic: covers de-escalation, use of force, child safety, reporting, documentation, reading people, concealed weapons detection, code of conduct, and concealed carry.

  • Intermediate: includes defensive tactics, active shooter response, contact and cover, room clearing.

  • Advanced: addresses barricaded subjects, intro to hostage rescue, tactical emergency casualty care.

  • Consulting Services with tiered plans offering consultations, training, check-ins, security assessments, and intelligence bulletins.

  • Site Assessments starting at $249: we survey your building/property, identify vulnerabilities, and provide mitigation recommendations and a plan of action.

2. Who leads the training?

The lead instructor is Justin, a law enforcement veteran with over 22 years of experience —12 years in patrol, 10 on SWAT, more than 8 years investigating violent crime, and for the past several years he’s been serving on a federal counterterrorism task force.

3. Where are the services offered?

In-person services are available in New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts. We come to your facility to deliver the training in person. For clients outside that area, we primarily offer solutions online and remotely, but will consider coming to your site on a case-by-case basis.

4. Do you offer virtual classes?

No, not yet. Virtual classes are still being developed and are not currently available.

5. How do I request training or consulting?

Request a free quote or consultation via our online form. Once you submit a form you’ll receive a proposal tailored to your needs. Review and accept (or edit) the proposal, then we’ll work together to schedule the training.

6. What are your refund and cancellation policies?

Booking fees for in-person classes are non-refundable unless rescheduled within 14 days; otherwise, the fee per student is refunded but the booking fee is forfeited.

Consulting fees are prepaid. Refunds are prorated in calendar-month increments if canceled before the contract term ends; partial months are not refunded.

Site survey cancellations result in forfeiture of 50% of the quoted fee unless rescheduled within 14 days

7. Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: within 30 days of training, you can choose:

  • A full refund, or

  • A re-delivery of training at no additional cost

9. What incentives exist for hosting a class?
